Parking

Parking at Fremont is managed by SP+ Parking.  Tenant visitor parking is available within the garage, however, all other parking stalls are reserved for Building Tenants.  Tenant visitor parking tickets must be validated by Tenant prior to leaving the garage. Please contact Steve White with questions about parking.

Tenant Shower Rooms

Fremont Lake Union Center offers two shower rooms, available to all tenants. They are located in restrooms on the first floor of the Plaza and Lakeview buildings. Lockers are also available for tenant use.

Bicycle Parking

For bicycle parking, there are bike racks located on the ground floor of the building’s parking garage.
