Built in 1998, the Plaza building offers 4 floors of office space. The Waterfront building was built at the same time in 1998 and consists of 3 floors of office space. 10 years later, the Lakeview building was built in 2008 and has 4 floors of office space. There are three levels in the Parking Garage in which P1 and P2 are shared between Plaza and Lakeview and P3 is shared between all three buildings.
